Tropical Tar-Tar Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Viking Banana Ketchup
1 small onion minced or brunoise
5 springs of scallions “ti loionâ€
1 teaspoon (or) tablespoon of Viking Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon “cilantro†or “shadow beni
6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
lime juice to taste (fresh lime or lemon)
spices of your choice: black or white pepper/ curry/ cinnamon
Instructions
Mix well and chill or serve immediately
Makes a great dip for any deep fried item: shrimp, fish, chicken, etc.
Make a great spread in any sandwich burger or salads.
