STORE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a committed and dynamic person, to supervise our store operations by monitoring inventory, meeting sales target and providing store performance reports. The role requires to manage time, interact with customers, keep the store in good order, organize promotions and perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store. 

DRIVER

Reliability, honesty, alertness, proven driving record.

At least a minimum of Secondary Level education, with passes in Math and English CXC, Valid Driver’s License, and excellent driving record, must be light goods endorsed, must be over the age of 25, and at least 2 years work related experience, may be required to shift loads up to 50lbs. Excellent written and verbal skills, must possess customer service skills. 

COFFEE SHOP ATTENDANT

Vibrant, positive individual to be part of our team operating our coffee shop servicing mainly cruise ship tourists. Must be fluent in English, pleasant, customer oriented. Must be able to prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas and cocktails. Will also be responsible to assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, equipment as well as clean service and seating areas

BAKER

This position requires 1-2 years Bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Work begins 6:00 am Monday to Friday. We are looking for a team player, able to maximize efficiency in the bakery by organizing daily workload and reporting accurately and in a timely manner any issues related to staff, machinery or product. Must be able to train, monitor and supervise operations in the bakery in order to meet daily quota and secure sales.

PRODUCTION STAFF

Dynamic individual, willing to learn about food production process in an industrial setting. 

Possess at minimum, secondary level education. Understand the nature of food production, rules and regulations. Must be able to follow instructions, read and understand standard operating procedures and machinery specifications. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment as well as optimum personal hygiene. Participate in HACCP training program. Able to prepare production line work area and ingredients in advance to maximize efficiency. Payment is on a fortnightly basis 

Must possess: valid ID, police record, recommendation letter.
