We are seeking for an individual who takes pride preparing food for tourists and locals.

 The person will be responsible for: 

• Preparing ingredients such as chopping, slicing, and seasoning meats, vegetables, and other foods. 
• Operating various cooking equipment to grill, bake, fry, boil, or steam foods according to recipes. 
• Recipe Adherence following recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste in dishes. 
• Dish Presentation, arranging and garnishing food on serving dishes to create an appealing presentation for customers.
• Sanitation & Safety, maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety regulations. 
• Inventory Management, monitoring stock levels, rotating inventory, and ordering new ingredients as needed. 
• Kitchen Organization, setting up workstations, organizing tools, and performing opening and closing duties. 

Requirement: must possess a valid health card, availability full time, shop must remain open once there is/are cruise ship/s on port (including weekends & holidays)

PORTER

This position requires a strong, dynamic individual, fit and able to carry on hands on duties lifting and shifting products.  The main responsibility is to help transport and deliver stock to and from various locations as the driver's right hand. When required the need to assist storekeepers in receiving (offload) goods from containers, arranging stock, stock taking, etc. It involves continuous physical movements. Work load also shall include any other jobs as required on premises assigned by a supervisor on a time to time basis. Payment is on a fortnightly basis

JANITOR / CLEANER

We are looking for motivated people, dependable, thorough, friendly and has an eye for detail to work in industrial environment following food safety standards. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. This person will also be in charge of ordering and supervision of cleaning materials.

COFFEE SHOP STAFF

Vibrant, positive individual to be part of our team operating our coffee shop servicing mainly cruise ship tourists. Must be fluent in English, pleasant, customer oriented. Able to prepare food items for the menu, following recipes and procedures. Must be able to prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas and cocktails. Will also be responsible to assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, equipment as well as clean service and seating areas.

Must be a team player and able to fill in when needed. 

Must possess an up to date Health Card, availability full time, shop must remain open once there is/are cruise ship/s on port (including weekends & holidays)

PRODUCTION STAFF

Dynamic individual, willing to learn about food production process in an industrial setting. 

Possess at minimum, secondary level education. Understand the nature of food production, rules and regulations. Must be able to follow instructions, read and understand standard operating procedures and machinery specifications. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment as well as optimum personal hygiene. Participate in HACCP training program. Able to prepare production line work area and ingredients in advance to maximize efficiency. Payment is on a fortnightly basis

ADMIN CLERK

Overseeing and coordinating daily operations from the office, ensuring efficient workflow, smooth administrative processes  interacting with staff, customers, shops, suppliers in keeping with a positive work environment. Proficient with MS Office, knowledge Counterpoint System is an asset; excellent organization skills, be able to provide guidance, recruiting, training, and run performance evaluations. Lead and motivate team to achieve organizational goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Driver's licence is an asset.
