Tropical Tar-Tar Sauce


  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Viking Banana Ketchup
  • 1 small onion minced or brunoise
  • 5 springs of scallions “ti loion”
  • 1 teaspoon (or) tablespoon of Viking Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon “cilantro” or “shadow beni
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
  • lime juice to taste (fresh lime or lemon)
  • spices of your choice: black or white pepper/ curry/ cinnamon


  1. Mix well and chill or serve immediately
  2. Makes a great dip for any deep fried item: shrimp, fish, chicken, etc.
  3. Make a great spread in any sandwich burger or salads.
