Caribbean Spiced Fish


  • 1 Fillet of Fish (Pre seasoned with herb and Viking Sea Salt: fresh thyme, celery, seasoning peppers, etc.)
  • ½ teaspoon of Viking Chinese Five Star Mix
  • ½ teaspoon of Viking White Pepper
  • 2 cloves minced garlic.
  • Viking Banana Ketchup


  1. Season Fish Fillet (s) and allow to marinate for a few minutes
  2. Set a Frying Pan Red Hot and add ½ tablespoon oil of your choice
  3. Place fillet in and allow to sear for 2-3 minutes and flip
  4. Check for doneness and remove. Serve with sauce of your choice of any herb butter
  5. OR deglaze pan with ½ cup fish stock or water, add some fresh herb and 1 tablespoon of Viking Banana Ketchup and reduce. Add salt to taste and a pinch of Viking Cinnamon powder or Viking Chinese Five Star.
